This news may impact Eclipse longevity-at least in Russia.  I continue to be amazed at the total number of entities and cumulative amount invested in this product.  Well over a billion dollars spent on a jet still lacking critical functions and components.  Essentially the Russian government is assisting Eclipse to the tune of another 205 million.
